Noise may be caused by various reasons. To provide efficient help, we will need our customer to perform a self-test and report to our team:
1. Check the source of the noise
Noise from the headphone:
Try to turn down the volume or change a headphone to test.
Noise from the amp/speaker:
Check the power source, change the power cord. Or change a 6.3mm cable to try if the noise still appears.
Noise from both Headphone and amp/speaker:
- 90% of the noise was caused by the POWER. Please do not share the ISOLO
power with laptop, amp/speaker etc. We suggest to separate the power of
ISOLO and connect with the power bank. (portable charger)
- Make sure the amp/speaker and mixer are free from grounding issue to
avoid generating the noise
