Use the Filter drop-down arrow to show all conversations that match specific criteria e.g. contain specific keywords, is marked as complete or is assigned to a specific person or yourself.
Click on the second drop-down arrow in the Search box along the top of the screen to filter the Collaborative Inbox.
Choose all criteria, then click on Search.
It is not possible to select multiple messages in the filter results to respond to them in one step.
