Montague Consolidated School is proud to present Willy Wonka Kids! Our students have been working hard, and are excited to share this musical with you on May 14th, 15th, and 16th at 6pm in the Montague Regional High School Cafetorium.

Please have students dropped off at the high school by 5pm on the night of each performance. This will allow time for students to get into costume, makeup, and microphones. 

Tickets will be $8 each, and can be purchased either at the door or in advance by visiting or calling our school office at 902-838-0820. If you’d like to see the show multiple evenings, we’re offering a discounted rate of $14 per person for two nights, or $20 per person for 3 nights.

Students are expected to still be practicing their lines at home with their scripts, to ensure that we have all the correct lines/cue words for the performances.

Wednesday May 8th we will be travelling to the Down East Dance Studio in the Montague Mall for rehearsal. We will be back at school by 2pm. Students will need to bring a lunch (no microwaves available), a water bottle, and indoor shoes. Please have permission forms returned to school as soon as possible. 

Our Tech rehearsal is this Saturday, May 11th. Students are expected to be at the Montague Regional High School from 9am - 3pm. Please pack a picnic lunch, microwaves may not be available. 

All costumes must be brought to school no later than tomorrow, Friday April 26th.

We now have 2 rehearsals per week, on Mondays and Thursdays from 2:45-4:15pm. Students are expected to have their parts memorized, and be off-book at this point. Thank you!

The cast list has officially been posted, and we are very excited to begin rehearsals for this year’s MCS Musical: Willy Wonka! Everyone who auditioned has received a part, and we are thankful to have such a large cast this year. 

Cast members: Our first rehearsal for all cast members will be Thursday, January 18th after school from 2:45-4:15pm in the upstairs multi-purpose room. Rehearsals will continue every Thursday after school at this time. Cast members, we will soon be sending home permission forms that must be signed and returned in order for you to stay for the after-school rehearsals.
