Students will learn how to choose and write a small moment to write about. Something that has happened to them or something that they have done. We use the following language with the students, this moment is not to be a watermelon, but more like a small seed. For example, students would not choose their whole Birthday party to write about, but instead a small part of their party like when they played a game with their friends.
