Thank you for taking the time to stop by and see the exciting things that are happening at W.D. Surratt Elementary! 

I have been teaching at this elementary for 20 years now! I began my teaching career in Clint ISD in July 2004. I started of as a 4th grade bilingual teacher, but on my second year of teaching, I was asked to teach 4th grade monolingual and I loved it so much, I decided to continue on as a monolingual 4th grade teacher. 

I am a graduate of UTEP with a major in Communications with an emphasis on Advertising and Public Relations. I feel very blessed and lucky to serve this wonderful community.
