Picasso Self Portraits 

Project:

Students studied Picasso and abstraction. When Picasso first became an abstract painter, he painted more realistically and made his way towards abstraction. 

Students were asked to choose during Picasso's Rose or Blue period and paint themselves. They had the choice of creating an abstract work or more realistic.
