Tiffany Head will be entering her 6^th year of coaching at Shelby High School.

Ms. Head is the Head JV Football Cheer, assistant Varsity Football Cheer, and Co-Head Varsity Basketball Cheer coach. JV Cheer received 1^st place at Cheerville PreState Competition in 2015. In 2016 JV and Varsity Cheerleaders received 5^th place at NCHSAA Invitational Competition in Raleigh. She started out coaching Mighty Mite Panthers Cheerleaders in 2012. She coached the Mighty Mites to 1^st place three different times in the Mighty Mite Cheer Competition in Cleveland County.

Ms. Head is a graduate from Shelby High School class of 1992. She graduated with an Administration Assistance Degree from Kings College in 1993. Ms. Head starting working at Shelby High School 8 years ago; 5 years of those years being Mr. Allen’s secretary until present as the school bookkeeper.

She is married to her husband, Gary, and they reside in Shelby with their two children, Austin and Abbie.

Ms. Head plans to retire in 2025, with 30 years in the State Retirement Plan and then move to the beach.
