The Future Physicians Pipeline Program (FP3) is now accepting applications for its Fall 2026 cohort. This opportunity is open to students in grades 4–12 who are interested in becoming physicians and exploring careers in medicine.

What makes this program especially unique is its long-term commitment to students. FP3 is designed to provide mentorship, guidance, and support to aspiring physicians throughout their educational journey—from their early school years through medical school.

Through the program, students will have opportunities to:

• Learn directly from physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Participate in hands-on medical experiences

• Receive ongoing mentorship and support

• Engage in interactive workshops

• Explore medical careers and pathways

• Build knowledge, confidence, and connections that can support their journey toward becoming a physician
