Registration Hours
During registration season (Mid July - Mid August), CCPS School Counselors will assist with registration and withdrawal from 8am - 2pm, Monday - Friday. We are closed for lunch from 11a - 12 noon. After Mid August, registration assistance is provided by appointments and at 1:00pm - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Students New to CCPS:
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Immunization on GA Form 3230
Ear, Eye , Dental, & Nutrition on GA Form 3300
Parent/Guardian State Issued Identification
Two Proofs of Residence (Lease/Deed and Utility Bill)
Transfer documents from previous school
Students Transferring from Another CCPS School:
Parent/Guardian State Issued Identification
Two Proofs of Residence (Lease/Deed and Utility Bill)
