This tech tip comes via request from many of our CCS family. Many of us have fallen victim to this curse. We’ve replied to an email and unintentionally sent a message we intended for one person to the masses.
The vast majority of the time, when someone inadvertently uses “Reply All” they are responding from their phone. It seems that this is the default of most applications. But it does happen occasionally when using the online version of Outlook or the Outlook app on the Chromebook.
The best advice we can offer to is look your reply over very carefully before hitting send to ensure it goes to the proper people.
