Meeting Experience Updates - 3-15-2022

We’ve been making big changes to enhance the virtual meeting experience. We’ve increased our Toll numbers to 34 countries and we’ve added 2 more countries available for the Call Me feature. We now offer the ability to use your own conference call service. Below are some more noteworthy enhancements we’ve made. 

EARLY ACCESS – Presenter mode layout – you can now opt-in to experience the condensed presenter mode layout. 

NEW – Breakout rooms are now available!

UPDATE for Windows – Presenters can choose to include audio when presenting their screen allowing audio played on the presenters computer to be heard through the speakers of the attendees.

NEW – As the presenter you can now grant remote control and share control of your keyboard and mouse with other attendees

NEW – Participants can now use drawing tools to draw directly on the shared screen so that the marks are visible to all attendees.

NEW – ChromaCam integration is available to allow you to customize, replace or blur your webcam background.

NEW – You can now choose to locally record your meeting

UPDATE – The chat history is not available on the content sharing page for cloud recorded meetings.

NEW – InRoom Link now enables cloud collaboration through computers, mobile devices, SIP and H.323 conference room systems
