A capstone project is a final example of work that showcases what you have learned and can express to others who you are. Students in Grade 5 are encouraged to use Scratch to create a computer game.

What sorts of video/computer games do you like to play?
Explain to students that in this quarter, they will be using video tutorials to create one or more games that will highlight many of the concepts introduced and used during the elementary Computer Science classes.
What will you make??
Have students visit the site to the left and explore the different options for capstone projects. Alternatively, teachers could also pre-select 1-2 options for students to create.
