What is Equity?

Equity is defined by dictionary.com as "the quality of being fair or impartial; fairness; impartiality". When we talk about "equity" in education, we are doing so in reference to our educational programs and hiring practices. This site is dedicated to Clarke Community School District's Equity and Non-Discrimination policies, practices, and procedures.
