Youth Services Center
George Rogers Clark High School
We have acquired a grant to pay for tickets to a Legends game in Lexington in June for 20 dads from Clark county. Dads will receive 2 tickets (1 for dad, 1 for one child).
Any dad is eligible provided they are willing to attend 2 virtual KY Career Center workshops. These workshops will be held via zoom in May (dates/times TBD) and the topics will be 1) KCC services and 2) how to be a pro-dad
I oversee signing up dads for the workshops. This will be first come first serve and I am sending this same message to a few other Clark community organizations. Any Clark county dad is eligible (they do not have to be single dads).
If you know of any dads interested in attending 2 virtual workshops to get 2 free Legends tickets, please send me their names, email addresses and phone numbers. My email or cell is best way to reach me while working from home.

The Youth Services Center works hand-in-hand with individuals, families, GRC staff and the community to assist students to achieve success in school. Assistance is provided by helping to meet the needs of students and their families. Direct services are provided, as well as linking families to aencies in the community.
ALL GRC students and their families are eligible for services.
The YSC is funded by a state grant and donations are always welcome. The YSC is monitored by a full-time director and governed by an advisory council consisting of a team of community leaders, parents, school staff and students. Volunteers are encouraged to call. The YSC strives to remove the obstacles that interfere with classroom success.
