Lean Canvas

Session Summary

The Lean Canvas is a slimmed down version of the typical business model plan. Students will explore how to think about the development of their company from the problem they're solving, to the customers they are pursuing, to the various business/sales channels through which their unique value will best be seen. They will complete an initial working of their company's Lean Canvas plan.

Expected length: 3.5 hours
