We need better input on Kohlert history. What I have collected is here.

Wikipedia says:

Kraslice (Czech pronunciation: [ˈkraslɪtsɛ]; German: Graslitz) is a town in the Karlovy Vary Region of the Czech Republic. From 1938 to 1945 it was one of the municipalities in Sudetenland.

Found on a woodwind.org thread:

"Graslitz Austria" means that at least the bell was made not later than 1918, for after the end of WW I Graslitz belonged to (then) Czecho- Slowakia and was renamed Kraslice.
