Bore LH joint at bottom: 14.8mm Looks to be poly-cylindrical.
Intonation summary: This is quite good. Definitely strong intermediate intonation. The sharp throat tones can be corrected by adding fingers or other tweaks.
Key work quality: Superb. These are the best keys on an Albert system that I have worked with. I love the alternate fingering feature for the left pinkies. Play a low E, release the F key and you have an F#. And of course, from low E, if you instead release the low E key, you get F natural. So this much reduces the sliding that one would need to do in sharp keys. I like this better than the Boehm system!
Wood: And the wood is of the finest, densest quality.
This clarinet is most appropriate for: Anyone who wants a very fine Albert system.
Condition issues noted: None. Beautiful. Comes with very nice wooden mouthpiece.
