My name is Carey Ard and I have been an educator for the past 7 years, all of which have been at East Clarendon Middle High School.  I love our school and the students that I get to teach on a daily basis.  I obtained my bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems Management from Francis Marion University and later chose to enter the education field after obtaining my teaching certification.  Yes, students can receive their required Computer Science credit while enrolled in my CSE class, but they will also obtain knowledge of the skills necessary to be able to enter the workforce after graduation.  Students need someone that can believe in their potential and I only hope that I am one of those people that will help them see all that they are capable of.
