Plan Request - Use this form to request as-built or historic plans/drawings sets.  Typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.

Sewer Connection - Use this form to request making a connection to a  City of Omaha sewer.  Typical turnaround time is 14 business days.

Sewer Wye Locates - Use this form to verify if there is a sewer wye/connection to City of Omaha sewer main available for your lot.  Typical turnaround time is 7 business days.

Will Serve Request - Use this form for a Will Serve Request.  Typical turnaround time is 14 business days.
