A brief about Steel Strips Wheels Limited :

We are a leading Automobile industry having manufacturing plants all over India. We have been designing & manufacturing automotive steel wheels since 1991. We are amongst the leading supplier to Indian & Global Automobile Manufacturers. Our product range comprises of Steel and Alloy wheels for two and three wheelers, Passenger cars, Multi utility vehicles, Tractors, Trucks & OTR Vehicles.

We have five manufacturing facilities across India. We produce mainly passenger car wheels in Dappar (Punjab) and Oragadam (Chennai) and truck wheels in Jamshedpur (Jharkhand), Alloy Wheels in Mehsana (Gujrat) and hot rolling mill for backward integrations ( Seraikela) . Our total capacity amounts to 20+ million wheels/Annum.

The process that we will be following is as follows:

Pre-Placement talk

SSWL will be conducting an online pre-placement talk prior to student registration

HirePro shall be reaching out to you for suitable dates within this week for pre-placement talk

HirePro shall be sharing the link to the online pre-placement talk. You will be required to share the link further with students at campus

Assessment Test

HirePro shall be sharing a format for inviting applications

HirePro shall also be reaching out to you for suitable dates to conduct online assessments

Interview Shortlist

HirePro shall communicate to you the list of shortlisted candidates post assessments

Online Interview Process

HirePro shall be coordinating with you to identify suitable dates to conduct virtual interviews

Candidate Selection

HirePro shall communicate the names of candidates selected by Steel Strips Wheels Limited

Eligibility Criteria

The branches to be interviewed are Diploma / B.E / B. Tech / M. Tech in engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Automobile, Industrial and Production) with CGPA cut off for the written test of min 60% marks with No backlogs.

Role and Job Location:

The role would be that of an Executive Trainee and the job locations would be Punjab, Gujarat, Chennai, Jharkhand and Chandigarh
