1. Press tool and injection mold designer (Internship plus Job)
a. Good education background - PG in tool design preferred
b. Good understanding of tool design basics - good knowledge of either press tool or injection mold is required but knowledge of both is a plus
c. This is an entry-level designer position and we expect the candidate to spend at least two years with us as there is a ramp up period during which the candidate gets trained. There will be a two-year lock-in if selected.
d. Pay will be industry competitive
2. Mechatronics Postgraduates (Internship plus Job)
Looking at a strong candidate who can work independently and already has a good grasp on the subject so that he/she can solve Mechatronics problems for us. There will be a two-year lock-in if selected.
3. Senior tool designer
a. At least 5 years of hands-on experience on press tool or mold design is must
b. Good education background is a plus
c. Candidate is expected to individually design tools from day one. If the candidate is found to be a good fit he/she will eventually be promoted to lead the design team.
d. Pay will be based on experience and candidature
4. Die maker:
a. Good education in die making
b. At least 2 years work experience in a tool room environment preferred
c. Candidate will be provide some training but he should know the basics well
d. Salary based on experience
5. CNC WEDM operator:
a. Expertise in CNC WEDM machines - Makino machine experience is preferred
b. Senior with experience preferred but we can train also. Will have to undergo training at Makino facility in Bangalore for a few weeks.
