We are looking for Mechanical Engineering freshers who have undergone the training course of Catia / UGNX (around 10 positions). Work Location shall be at Hyderabad. Selected students shall be working in the domain of Automotive BIW fixtures.

We are looking for students who are qualified in B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Terms and conditions of employment for B.Tech Students

1. 3 years’ service agreement

2. Rs.1,00,000 bank guarantee

3. Starting compensation is Rs. 2.16 CTC per annum (Rs. 18,000/- per month)& performance-based appraisal on yearly basis from completion of 1^st year in the organization.

Position: Trainee Simulation Engineer

Terms and conditions of employment for B.Tech Students

1. 3 years’ service agreement

2. Bank guarantee of Rs.1,00,000 need to deposit into your own personal account and raise the bank guarantee from the bank in name of the company only, the original document should be submitted to the company on the day of your joining and upon successful completion of 3 years the original Bank guarantee will be given back to you and you can encash this with your bank with 3 years interest amount. after this you will continue to work with the company without bank guarantee.

3. Starting compensation is 18,000 CTC per month and there will be a performance-based hike.

4. Their first appraisal will be after 1 year from completion of probation period (i.e., @ 1years from their date of joining), and going forward there will be a performance-based appraisal on yearly basis.

बी.टेक छात्रों के लिए रोजगार के नियम और शर्तें

2. रु. 1,00,000 रुपये की बैंक गारंटी को आपके अपने व्यक्तिगत खाते में जमा करने और बैंक से केवल कंपनी के नाम पर बैंक गारंटी जुटाने की आवश्यकता है, मूल दस्तावेज आपके शामिल होने के दिन और 3 के सफलतापूर्वक पूरा होने पर कंपनी को प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए। वर्षों की मूल बैंक गारंटी आपको वापस दे दी जाएगी और आप इसे अपने बैंक के साथ 3 साल की ब्याज राशि के साथ भुना सकते हैं। इसके बाद आप बिना बैंक गारंटी के कंपनी के साथ काम करना जारी रखेंगे।

3. शुरुआती मुआवज़ा 13,000 सीटीसी प्रति माह है और प्रदर्शन-आधारित बढ़ोतरी होगी।

4. उनका पहला मूल्यांकन परिवीक्षा अवधि के पूरा होने के 1 वर्ष के बाद होगा (अर्थात, उनके शामिल होने की तारीख से 1 वर्ष की दर से) और आगे जाकर वार्षिक आधार पर प्रदर्शन-आधारित मूल्यांकन होगा।
