The Here For Texas Mental Health Navigation Line is a free helpline (NOT A CRISIS LINE) offering guidance, information, resources, and support for mental health and addiction.
The Crisis Text Line is a 24/7 text line that can be used to contact a trained counselor confidentially regarding crisis resources, painful emotions, and difficult circumstances.
