Curfew

March 14 to 18 - 10:00PM

Curfew calls are expected from coaches & chaperones before 10PM.

Emergency

A standby emergency vehicle will be available at all times. ERUF - Emergency Rescue Unit Foundation.

School Nurse will also be available.

Hospitality Lounge

A Hospitality Lounge for coaches, team staff, and officials will be located in room 104 of the main building (the room nearest to the gym). Breakfast will be served starting 7:30am each morning; lunch and snacks will be available throughout the day.

Showers

Showers will be available in the comfort room in the gym and by the pool area.

Laundry Service

Laundry must be worked out with host families.

Water

Water dispensers will be available in the gym and football field. Cups will not be provided. Water dispensers will be available in the gym and football field. Please bring your drink bottle as cups are not provided (if you forgot to bring your bottle, new ones are available for purchase at the school reception, and the PTA table during tournament hours).

Please note that in order to support our environment, CIS is taking Plastic Reduction measures seriously, and plastic water bottles are not available for sale on campus. A variety of drinks (in recyclable materials such as glass and aluminum cans) will be available in the Canteen, and at various selling stations around the grounds.

Coaches Meeting

On Wednesday, coaches meeting will be held at Room 104 (Hospitality Lounge). Dinner will be served. A bus will be provided after to take coaches to Ayala Mall.

Coaches Drop-Off Info

CIS will provide a bus every afternoon for all coaches, bus will leave campus at 5:30PM or 5 minutes after the last game and drop all coaches at Ayala Mall or can be dropped if the hotel is on the way.

Food For Players

Food and drinks will be available at CIS canteen, annex, and deck, and at various food stands around the school.

Opening Ceremony & Team Photos

Opening ceremony on Thursday will start at 7:30am. Team pictorial will follow.

Warm Up & Rest Area

There are small warm-up areas next to the gym and at the end of the field that are available for teams to use to stretch and warm up. This is to be discussed further, but as we don’t have a large space available for team warm-ups, we might have 5-minute warm before games start.

Tents will be available next to the football field where teams can gather and rest. The canteen area will also be available and some air-conditioned rooms on a first come first serve basis.

Bleachers

For safety reasons, spectators are not allowed to stay on the first two steps of the bleachers, which will be padded with safety foams.

Art

During the week of March 12th, CIS is privileged to be hosting a world-class driftwood art display by artist James Doran-Webb, on the grass between the entrance and the gym. These sculptures will soon be shipped to England for the world-famous Chelsea Flower Show! You are welcome to go out to view them, and please give them the appropriate respect (in particular, do not climb up on them even though it may look inviting to do so).
