Who Are We

Circle Connections & Consulting is a US-based business accelerator dedicated to the success of innovative Israeli defense and emergency start-ups in the North-American Marketplace. We partner with a select group of young ventures who have limited or no US commercial presence and demonstrate potential and commitment for growth. We capitalize on our team and board’s experience, expertise, and professional networks to shorten time-to-market by establishing commercial partnerships, demos, and sales opportunities for our portfolio companies.

Principal Members

Roy Peled, Managing Partner | United States

A veteran of Israeli security and intelligence, Roy is a security operation & intelligence professional with over two decades of global security operations, and counter-terrorism experience. During his service at the forefront of Israel’s elite security & intelligence community, Roy planned and executed hundreds of complex special operations in Israel and abroad. Roy leverages his multi-spectrum security and business expertise, experience, and networks acquired in both the private and public sectors to support Circle clients.

Oren Magnezy, Partner & Chief Business Officer | United States

Oren is a leadership & management consultant. With over a decade of public service, Oren had the privilege of working alongside two Israeli Prime Ministers – Ariel Sharon and Ehud Olmert. A recipient of the Eisenhower and Wexner-Israel Fellowships, Oren has degrees in Law & Government from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya and a Master's in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School.

Lt. Col. Giora Levi (Res.), Chairman of the Advisory Board | Israel

Giora has over two decades of experience in executive management for global companies: Ness Technologies, SuperDimension, and Converse. In his last position, he served as CEO of a group of companies that included Alvarion Technologies and Mobile Tornado, a public company listed on the London Stock Exchange AIM. Giora has a BA in Political Science from Bar-Ilan University and is a graduate of the INSEAD Global Executives Leadership program. He received an honorable discharge from the elite special forces unit of the IDF, with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Moshe Shalom, Member of the Advisory Board | Israel

Moshe has 20 years of experience specializing in the financial management of global public companies listed on NASDAQ and TASE (Optibase, Liveperson). In his last position, he served as CFO and Deputy CEO of Alvarion Technologies and CFO of M.T. Labs Ltd. Moshe holds a BA in Business Administration, with a specialization in accounting, from the College of Management, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
