Winter Strength & Conditioning

Work with Coach Pelerin on the basics of strength and conditioning for Middle School XC & track athletes

Stay in shape during the winter months! We'll be working on running form, core strength, endurance, and agility.


This is for middle school runners only!

Strength Sessions: Mondays & Thursdays, January 6th-February 27th

Sessions run from 5:30-6:15pm

Demasi Middle School

Cost is $200 for all sessions
