In the current day with the world being busy as ever, certain forces are applied to push people to actually execute their thoughts and say, "Hey, I have an idea!" or make them hop off their bed at 6 a.m in the morning, knowing a fresh proposal for the 10 a.m presentation would give them a job promotion - too good to be true, but not impossible. "Innovation is the ability to see change as an opportunity - not a threat," founder of Apple Inc., Steve Jobs once stated. The value of innovation focuses on the introduction of an idea that brings contribution to the world and its norms itself. Pete Foley, a scientist with 25 years experience of Innovation and Behavioral Science defined innovation as "a great idea, executed brilliantly, and communicated in a way that is both intuitive and fully celebrates the magic of the initial concept." The uplifting of the raw material provided originality with a sense of credit, and by this, maintained the structure of a specific scheme. The wholeness of innovation and its aspects affect the public, as it is a value practiced may it be at home, in the workforce, or even in the community - influencing the mental routine of an individual in accomplishing tasks while providing critical thinking for the latter. This is the key to a brighter future, a healthy setup, and a wise way to use the human mind to develop one small thing that would change the perspective of many whilst owning a big offering to be of function. Innovation is truly the most important value to acquire in the 21st Century, as it encourages the people to be one with their fellowmen while introducing different ways of resolving a problem. This drives the people to think on a higher level respectively, with the enhancement of an individual's performance by the continuous act to apply the value in real life situations in accordance with the future's benefit.
Education is the prime foundation of society. What learners do in today's time reflects the future awaiting for each student all around the globe; it either makes or breaks an individual. This is highly needed to grow the generation onto becoming thinkers with authenticity. Innovation does not only apply in one particular strand - its use reaches vast bounds in the aspect of education, primarily on oneself. Notice how after the globe became so combative about advancing, creative mindsets have been thrown away into the dumpster little by little. The mass tends to compete over a set norm over and over again, not realizing those with innovation completely stands out. In the aspect of learning, this type of thinking would lend a helping hand to students to be outstanding in the field wherein they're appealed to. Aneesh, a professor at the University of Wisconsin said, "Innovation requires free speech." May it be in different contexts, introducing students to dictate their opinions, voice out their thoughts and by making room for choice, it mentally practices each one to exercise trust. Applying innovation personally would be the high use of collaboration and sharing. Professional innovators themselves are known to be socially inclined with their fellow neighbors, moreover, they freely discuss their point of views to combine one main conclusion. By putting this point into classes, concepts are now discussed without the need to worry about being judged, or anxiety to overlap their creativity. This enhances performance with the right confidence and value. "You need the ability to fail. You cannot innovate unless you are willing to accept some mistakes," Charles Knight claimed. Accepting one's flaw as a 16-year-old student with so little experience does not only bring significance to the development of oneself rather it improves one's perspective on speaking out and chasing the peak of their abilities, denoting a final pattern of practicing innovation to let out artistic and imaginative plans for their own well-being and for their contribution to the society. Speaking of the general public, a subtopic - innovation is a necessity to the elevation of a community as it solves different problems seen in the world view point in each nation, enhancing the ability of a united society to find a solution and act accordingly. Innovating oneself is the key to make the values follow, and see a bright light from the end of the line. Jeffrey Baumgartner stated, "Personally innovation is the act of making a change in your life with the aim of making your world a better one." Relatively, it affects your surroundings and on what you do today, to change one's life in the biggest way possible. The application of innovation to know personal abilities and to highlight courage hiding from within is triggered because of a decision particularly decided in the past. Exercising this value does not only rotate on practical and analytical corporations - it is practiced to find oneself, and personally, to change a situation wherein we find ourselves in the darkest moments of our lives. The continuous journey of risk-taking to execute a dream, a plan, is inevitable to happen. Decision-making is applicable with this value, as every move one makes, it opens an eye of never-ending chances of whether it is failure or triumph. Erasing the idea of "what it is," and exchanging it to "this is what it could be," is always a risk worth jumping for. The elimination of "what if?" questions provides a healthy way of life, knowing to oneself that they never chose fear to be the master of their souls and decided to step forward, with the use of innovating to take action no matter the denouement. "Risk-taking is the essence of innovation," Herman Kahn famously declared, holding the thin line between the decision to be able to be the captain of one's future, or be haunted by regrets that would affect one's certainty on a personal, or professional level.
Nowadays, when we hear the word innovation, it is quite inevitable to think of business, the market, moreover, the workforce. Workplace innovation is simply defined as the practice of every employee to nurture their abilities, develop their adroitness in strategies and make their creativity grow to the highest possible extent there is, that provides a path to promotion, improvement in performance and even their social welfare. According to sources, the companies that owned the finest corporate cultures are thereby those that grew 682 percent in revenue regarding business. Cultures such as the pursuance of leadership and its consistency, appreciation and rewarding of both consumer and employee is embedded with innovation, as it goes hand in hand with the workplace's engagement. Look at it this way, when innovation is practiced and seen consecutively from those in the position of having authority over a certain corporation, leadership is valued with positive feedback from those affected. Like most, integrity is also present. This habitually becomes an ally to increase social interaction, productivity, and employee motivation, caused by the company's focus to achieve a certain environment from within the firm. "The most direct result of poor leadership is poor sales," AZCentral pointed out. This supports the idea of practicing innovation from the beginning, with the lack of employees losing the drive to work under a head, owning success in the end because of good leadership in the agency. Why do people need innovation in the workplace? Bloggers Ken Moretti and Ken Bryant stated this value empowers the workforce, and when a leader breeds such practice in the business, a wave of ideas come along, and the welcoming of "how things could be," rather than the usual contentment is portrayed. It is beneficial to apply innovative thinking in the work setup, by means of having the employees as one of the most productive assets of a company. Being honest and by understanding one's vision, it lays down an approach by making innovation a core value. "A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new," Albert Einstein famously quoted. Embracing failure would be a healthy procedure, because when we fail, we risk. And when we risk, we come up with continuous ideas, equalling a much more ambitious firm. By being open to possibilities of having downfalls and the exploration to dive in within initiatives without the haunting fear of hesitancy, the ability to pursue something never been done before would embed a saying to the employees that the lack of trying recent ideas would be the biggest risk they could offer. Say Google and Apple themselves - they incorporated innovation within the culture of their corporations, why is that? Successful brands plan the same to be consistent in generating new thoughts and ideas, by maintaining the employee's social company as they enjoy the 8 hour job. The application of innovation helps the workplace by creating purpose and goal that would eventually target an impact in people's lives. A vision like this would provide the employees willpower for passion, and fabricating a full ride of proposals because of critical analysis. This value helps produce a wide range of diversity, as for instance, when we put uniquely different people in an office of them having dissimilar contexts to solve an unresolved issue, employees would eventually pitch in ideas that have broadly contrasting perspectives, concluding a combined discussion into one. Once the cultural alteration of practicing innovation becomes a standard, the chipping in of the latest propositions by different people are directed to be a norm, chance-taking would conquer and victory is acquired by all. Innovating in the workforce is the most flawless technique in the book in constructing a healthy foundation of both leader and employee, with a fulfilled aura of truth and warmth in a company affiliating the opening doors to the future of triumph and in real life situations.
"Art begins in imitation and ends in innovation," Mason Cooley revealed. In line with innovation, the passion to pursue art and its experiences are interconnected with what I personally want to achieve in life. A soon to be artist, an aspiring idea provider that focuses on graphics, newly thought advancements and technology - hinting the word "new," the value said is once again given. Innovation does not only revolve around the business sector, rather, it is omnipresent in society, may you be in the film industry, an engineer, a doctor; it still brings meaning to the collaborative development of a certain individual. Artists usually gather specific elements brought by inspiration from those they were originally from, and gradually practice growth to the artwork to find its own use. "Great innovators make connections between seemingly unrelated observations to uncover unique insights," Debra Kaye, an innovation expert, expressed. Connection from where one stands and interrelating it with another is what defines art itself too, similar to innovation. Beneficial circumstances of applying this value to my line of aspiration, artistry, are highly expected, since it is a necessity to actually produce an idea that would strike people's minds in the form of art. Collaborations, bridges that link uniquely bonded worlds of both artist and corporation are becoming a norm in the 21st century. Art is good for business nonetheless. Maria Popova Brain Pickings founder voiced out, “Art stimulates us creatively, which makes us better, more productive, more entrepreneurial business agents. Art can speak so subtly that it forces us to think more deeply, feel more fully, engage more wholeheartedly.” Innovation is not the only contributor to art, instead, both sides are equal to gain a victorious growth in the workplace. Benefits of using innovation as it is in the modern day artistry career is so evident, reaching the point of mass production and quick transitions to assets and products. Such practice may open up a wide range of opportunities, with the use of critical thinking. As we know, the current day humans already have a hint of knowledge and creativeness - a wealth of it, even. "Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up," a quote from Pablo Picasso himself. The usage of innovation to gather ideas founded in today's time is within the hands of each one, it is just from the decision of the individual if they use the raw material for the better, or not let risk-taking prevail. Improved productivity is a benefit caused by innovation that may be of help in being a designer. Designing takes a whole lot of workload depending on the corporation or the brand, and no time must be wasted to let an idea go. This equals improved brand recognition, as in a fast limited number of days, creative insight must be of use - a benefit of using innovation. With this, it becomes a norm to be expressive without the fear of voicing out one's thoughts; collaboration, partnerships, and relationships from between businesses is highly inevitable. Innovation opens up a so-called "butterfly effect," the perfect recipe for the job. According to Tim Leberecht, chief marketing officer of global design and innovation firm frog, artists are "neophiles," simply those in love with the idea of invention, and connection. This is innovation's definition, because as an artist, craftsmanship is also seen. Think, unite, execute. Richard Sennett, sociologist, stated artists "think by making," as they combine the "hand and the head." Innovation owns intuition, knowing information paces back and forth, it is only a limited due until business calls. This applies in the line of designing, as most likely, we would look for the swiftest way possible to overcome decision-making, with the quality of work not being affected. Collaborative movement is also needed, and the practice of this value enhances communication, non-negative competitiveness, and social interaction, witnessing a fresh strategy for the career path. The aspiring option of being a graphic designer benefits from the latter, with its implementation and with the right passion to drive success. Innovation is a mighty word for its term, and it continuously stands as a way to unite different backgrounds from within the society up until the current generation.
Truly innovation is the key to a better world, the missing piece we find for achievement as it reaches different branches of life, may it be in education, the workforce, and even on a personal level - it generally becomes the leading value for success in all aspects. Benefits of having consistent productivity, intimate and healthy relationships because of social interaction, positive competition, and the constant significance of grasping the importance of leadership stands as the foundation of an environment so wise of a strategy in the work path of each individual. The study of innovating to pursue a passion without hesitancy caused by the presence of freedom of speech enables the future generation to be open about their opinions, their creativeness, and their mental strategies regardless of circumstances and the omnipresent possibility of failure. Nothing is guaranteed in today's time, even in the past life. The value of innovation particularly becomes the stepping stone to being a better version of oneself, with the knowledge of already having it when all was born, it is from within our hands if each of us makes use of such God-given value to a good and wise path or destruct its meaning towards the worst. Nothing is for certain, and it is for a fact that you will never know if you never tried. Each human being on this planet would eventually leave the world they knew - why not stand up, lift their heads high and take that risk may it be big or small, that would share some light onto that doubt of eeriness filling in their hearts. In time with an individual's epiphany to a specific epoch, some would certainly question themselves of the “What if?” situations each one had in their lifetime. Therefore, it is up to every single being to seek the answer biding its time to be revealed, by the use of the missing piece to the puzzle of doubt - Innovation.
