プレゼンテーションのあとは砂防の見学をしました。大自然に囲まれて疲れが癒やされました。"はじめに砂防ありき" 砂防は白馬にとって非常に重要であること知りました。

After the presentation, we visited  Sabo Dam. Surrounded by the great outdoors, we felt refreshed and recharged.
"Sabo comes first." It is often said that without sabo, there would be no development in Hakuba.

大糸株式会社にて、白馬村研修最初のプレゼンテーションでした。
今年の課題は「土木建築事業と観光事業の関連性や地域特性を生かした新たな需要の創造」、「若者の建築業に対するイメージをもとに、これからの建築業のあるべき姿の考察と提案」、「どうすれば若者が建築業に興味を持ち就職してくれるのか」です。
事前学習で議論してきたことを発表しました。

This year’s themes are:

The relationship between the civil engineering and construction industries and tourism, and how to create new opportunities by using local features.

Exploring and suggesting the ideal future of the construction industry based on young people’s views.
How to get young people interested in the construction industry and encourage them to work in it.
