Attire

Ladies

For appropriate dresses, please see examples below. You need to wear a formal dress that is no shorter than brushing the knee (if it doesn't brush the top of your knee, it is inappropriately short for this event) and no longer than tea-length. This can be a more bridesmaid/holiday party style, or it can be a formal office style.

Dress slacks or full length jump suits can be great, but are slightly trickier to do correctly. If you wish to wear one of these options, please bring in a picture of your proposed outfit to Meris Robinson with plenty of time to change the outfit if necessary.

For appropriate shoes, please see examples below. You have three options for shoes:

  1. fancy flats
  2. character shoes
  3. comfortable sturdy heels that are not taller than 2.5".
  4. Do not wear sandals or boots.

Please do your hair nicely and have it pinned off your face with something other than your ears. Older girls, makeup is a nice finishing touch, though of course it is not required.
