How will I be assessed?

-A 40 minute listening and a 2 minute speaking exam which will involve some general conversation on the topics covered this year, using the present tense

-A 1 hour 15 minutes reading and writing exam

• Negation (ne .. pas/jamais/rien)

Adjectives & nouns

Articles and prepositions

• Definite and indefinite articles

• Partitive articles e.g. when talking about food

• When not to use an article e.g. when talking about professions

What revision resources are available to me?

Whilst these are usually not aligned to our course, they can be excellent tools for building vocabulary and confidence!

How should I revise?

Your books are your starting point. Your teachers work extremely hard to make sure you have everything you need at your fingertips.

Go through all your exercise books - read feedback and look at self-reflection. Look at previous exams, assessments & prior preparation too - where could you improve next time?
