壹、训练及维持有效之救护与后备救护人员的团体。

Organizations that train and maintain effective rescue and backup rescue personnel.

贰、通过合格急救训练者，在医药及护理人士的协助下，加以纪律化训练，以灌输“服务人群”之实际工作。Those who have passed the qualified first aid training, with the assistance of medical and nursing personnel, undergo discipline training to instill the practical work of "serving the people".

叁、提供伤者急救与护理，提供各种援救服务。

Provide first aid and nursing care for the injured, and provide various rescue services.

肆、 形成皇家武装部队之后备医疗队员。

To form the Royal Armed Forces' reserve medical team.

伍 、训练队员救护常识和技术，家庭看护及其他常识，培养成为最好公民之基本条件。Train team members in first-aid knowledge and skills, family care and other common sense, and cultivate the basic conditions for becoming the best citizens.
