Training for Class Representatives

About

“You have to develop ways so that you can take up for yourself, and then you take up for someone else. And so sooner or later, you have enough courage to really stand up for the human race and say, 'I'm a representative." - Maya Angelou

The training was held on 27th and 28th July 2018 in Kengeri Campus. Mr. Jibrael Jos was the trainer for the two days program. A bonfire was arranged near the Basketball court and the participants performed various cultural events. The second-day sessions began with a meditation session in the morning. The training program concluded at 4 pm with the vote of thanks.

A non-classroom approach was used to ensure activities based learning of teamwork and self-management. All sessions allowed the students to have a great time discovering themselves, and learn how to work as teams.
