Suwanee isn’t just where I live — it’s where my heart is. This community has shaped me, and I try to give back every chance I get. Serving on the Planning Commission and acting as a Roundtable Facilitator for the Suwanee 2040 Strategic Plan have given me a front-row seat to our city’s growth, vision, and future, and I’m grateful to play even a small part in guiding that with care and intention.
I’ve also had the privilege of serving as a PlayTown 2.0 Build Captain, volunteering at several city festivals, and working as a committee member for Suwanee Fest. On top of that, I make it a point to support both the Suwanee Beer Fest and the Suwanee Wine Fest every year — two events that showcase the spirit and togetherness that make this city special.
Being involved in these projects, these moments, and these people has become an essential part of who I am. I show up because this place matters to me, and I want to make a meaningful difference wherever I can.
Above everything, my faith in Jesus is the center of my life. I’m a dad to an incredible daughter, and one of my greatest joys is watching her grow into her own walk with Christ. Since the very beginning of Gwinnett Church in 2011, I’ve poured my heart into serving and volunteering there — it’s where so much of my faith has been lived out, not just spoken.
No matter what season I’m in, my faith is what leads me. I try to love fully, offer patience freely, and show kindness that doesn’t keep score. I want my life to reflect a love that never gives up, never loses hope, and always chooses what’s good. That’s the standard I strive for — not because I’m perfect, but because He is.
