To start a new Dairy Replacement Heifer program you will need to follow the procedure found on the New Project Procedure document.

If you are transferring a project to the FFA or back to 4-H, that procedure can be found on the Project Transfer Requirements document. Additionally here is the 4H/FFA/Grange Agreement that details transfer timelines and deadlines.
Give a copy of pages 1 - 5 from the DairyComp 305 program or pages 1-3 from the DHIA program to your project leader or FFA Adviser and make sure you keep a copy for your dairy binder.

You will need to turn in this Springer Update Form, updated dam production records for the Sale Book along with your updated Record-book by the date your Fair Entries are due. Please turn these into your dairy adviser. Chowchilla Fair Exhibitor info.
FFA Record books will consist of the breeding summary page from TheAET.com along with copies of all documents required by the Replacement Heifer Contract.
4-H Record books will consist of the section regarding your Replacement Dairy Project along with the Replacement Heifer page from the County 4-H Website as well as copies of all documents required by the Replacement Heifer Contract.
