데니스 알레이니코브는 알레이니코브&파트너스라는 벨라루스 로펌의 대표 변호사로서 분쟁해결, 투자, 부동산 및 건설, 자본시장, M&A, 민관협업을 주전공으로 한다. 알레이니코브 변호사는 대통령 장학금을 받아 Academy of Public Administration의 로스쿨을 우등졸업을 했다. 그는 현재 벨라루스 공화국 대통령 직속 기업가정신 발전위원회와 디지털 경제발전 위원회 소속이다.
