Our amenities are products from the popular brand ‘Rituals’ and the supplier is called “Unique Cosmetics”. Rituals is, just like us, looking out for our planet in keeping their products in a ecological line. The brand is also a proud sponsor to “Tiny Miracles” helping give small children a good start in life.

Rituals fragrance of our products will be the popular choice “JING”. The bottles comes in 300 ml and will be attached in a special designed dispenser carrying 1, 2 or 3 bottles.

When Rituals 300 ml bottles are installed in your hotel rooms there will no longer be any need of small amenities (30 ml from Dharmazone or temporary solution from Rituals in 30 ml) To be clear: all the small amenities will be replaced with our new 300 ml bottles from Rituals.

we care  

With the implementation of Rituals 300 ml bottles all of you will help our environment. Not only by being able to use all of the product in the bottle and to refill it - we will no longer have the use of our smaller amenities of 30 ml and will reduce our waste. We also control the amount of the product by each pump and it has been set to 1 ml. All the products of Rituals is environmentally friendly and do not contain for example palm oil. You have a complete declaration provided by Rituals to your right. You can also the whole declaration here.

allergies

As a complement for guests with allergies there will be a special fragrance-free products available. These will only be available at the front desk upon request (not to be placed on hotel rooms). You will order these through PAC/ASKO or directly from Unique Cosmetics.This product is free from:

• Perfume

• Parabens

• Colorants

• Mineral oils

refilling of change of products

You can either change the whole bottle or just refill the product from a one litre dispenser. The bottle needs to be changed every 3 months to avoid bacteria. How often depends from hotel to hotel due to occupancy and popularity of the product. The pumps comes separate from the bottles and does not need to be changed every time you change the bottle. Always have a small storage of pumps local at the hotel due to they need to be changed a few times a year depending on occupancy. Therefor you need to make a local routine for how often you change the bottles and pumps.

storage and inventory  

We urge all hotels to please check the routines for handling a popular brand as Rituals in storage as well for housekeeping equipment in corridors. A locked space for storage is preferred and that ‘a sign out’ for new bottles, the same routine as signing out minibar items must apply before refilling/change the bottle.

All the products and pumps are available in “ByChoice” delivered by Asko in Norway and PAC in Sweden. We will get back with information for other countries how to order but initially it will be directly through Unique Cosmetics. For Denmark & Finland, please order via order@uniquecostmetics.se

We can sell the products to our guests in the front office to the following prices:

Staff can purchase the products for 80 SEK / 8 Eur per bottle.
