SCHEDULE
1:00pm Students report for rehearsal
4:00pm Load trailers
5:00pm Depart for Baldwin-Woodville High School
6:00pm Arrive in Baldwin, WI
Food available at concessions and food trucks, or pack something to eat.
During this time you will unload, eat, change into uniform, and prepare for performance.
7:15pm Warm-up begins in Area #2
8:00pm Travel to Gate
8:15pm Perform in Class AAA/AAAA competition!
8:30pm Circle up
8:45pm Load trailers
9:15pm Awards
9:30pm Load buses and depart for Chippewa Falls
10:30pm Return to Chippewa Falls
A FEW NOTES 🎶
Band room is not open after school until 6pm.
Full uniform is hat, jersey, pants, belt, socks, and black marching shoes.
No eating food in your uniform.
Students will have time when we arrive in Baldwin to purchase concessions; or, pack food and snacks.
Parents - we hope you can make the trip with us and cheer loudly as the Marching Cardinals perform at 8:15pm! Wear red, wear your jerseys, and make some noise!

6:30pm All students are in the stands, playing tunes before the game
7:00pm National Anthem
After the first quarter ends, students head to the band room, change into uniform, etc
Group warm-up, instructions in the lot outside band room
Perform at halftime
Post-performance we create a tunnel for the football team, and then head to courtyard to circle up
Circle up ♥️
Clean up, head back in and watch the rest of the game, or go home!

12:30pm Arrive at the Courthouse downtown --- BRING YOUR INSTRUMENT/FLAG

A FEW NOTES
Band room is open after the parade to return your equipment.
You can also return instruments and jerseys on Monday.
Wear your uniform (baseball jersey) and black/dark shorts.
You do not have to wear black shoes; tennis shoes are OK.
No sandals.
Sunglasses are OK.
This is a very short parade.
We will be playing “American Tribute” for the parade.
