August 8, 2026 | Chippewa Falls

The Marching Cardinals will be marching in the Pure Water Days parade for this annual local event.

SCHEDULE

12:00pm Band room is open for a few minutes only for students to grab instruments and equipment. 

12:15pm Arrive at the Courthouse downtown, same as we met for the Memorial Day parade.

BRING YOUR INSTRUMENT/EQUIPMENT

1:00pm Parade Begins

~1:30pm Parade Ends

Band room is open after the parade to return your equipment. 

Mr. Renneke will walk back to his car, head to the school, and hang out for a few minutes for equipment return.

You can also bring stuff back with you on Monday.

A FEW NOTES

• Dress for the beach and water! Snorkels, floaties, beachwear, sunglasses, goggles, bright colors, etc!

• No sandals, though, because you are marching. Athletic shoes allow proper marching technique, support the ankle, and prevent injury.

• This is a very short parade. 

• We will be playing “Under the Sea” for the parade. If you haven’t memorized the music, find a creative way to bring your music along with you.

Each football game we perform is pretty much the same, but sometimes there are variations. Any deviation will be announced from the standard schedule below!

6:00pm Band room is open

No uniform for pep band

6:30pm Band is in the stands for pep band

7:00pm National Anthem

Once the game starts, be in the band room getting ready after the First Quarter

HALFTIME Band performs

~8:30pm Clean the band room, dismissal
