In accordance with guidelines from the CDC and the State of Connecticut, we will rehearse outdoors maintaining social distance and wearing masks that cover mouth and nose. We will monitor the spread of COVID-19 in Connecticut and may suspend ringing if warranted.
Anyone who is involved in any activity that may be considered a high risk for the spread of COVID should discuss the situation with the Directors prior to attending a rehearsal.
A designated team will bring all gear outside and the ringers will set up stations including tables, pads, music stands, music, bells, and other ringing equipment as needed.
After rehearsal ringers will pack up all gear and the designated team will return the gear to the building.
Ringers will be switching positions between pieces as usual.
Ringers will be responsible for taking gloves home and laundering them weekly.
Email messages regarding cancellations due to weather or other reasons will be sent by 4:00 on the day of the rehearsal.
Performances will be planned when appropriate.
We will work together to determine a schedule of rehearsal dates during the summer months.
