THE END OF THE DAY

COLLECTING YOUR CHILDREN

On arrival at the school, please queue at your gate considerately. The gates will open in good time so you are able to wait in the playground.

Please arrive promptly.

You must notify the office if you are delayed or if you have a change from your normal collection arrangements.
We will not release your child to a person we were not expecting.

End of day arrangements for all year groups are listed below.

Once you have collected your child please make sure you leave the school grounds promptly to avoid congestion.

COLLECTION BY SIBLINGS

In order to keep your children safe we will insist on the following:

If your child is in Nursery, Reception or KS1, they may be collected by an older sibling provided they are over the age of 18.

If your child is in KS2, they may be collected by an older sibling provided they are over the age of 13.

We will be insisting on families keeping to these rules, and will contact families should the need arise. 

As ever, please do notify us of any changes in arrangements regarding the collection of your child.

NURSERY

Morning sessions finish at 11:30am

You should collect your child promptly from the front entrance on Dersingham Road at the end of your session.

RECEPTION

Your child should be collected at 3:30pm from the Reception playground gate on Dersingham Road. 

KS1 and KS2

All children in Years 1-6 (with the exception of Pathways) will be collected at 3:30pm.
Please note that 3:30pm is the end of teaching time and so the children will not be in the playground by then and may need up to 10 minutes to be in the playground. We appreciate your patience with this.

Please arrive promptly. The gates on Dersingham Road will open at 3:30pm (see below).

Classes will be lined up on their coloured spots ready for you to collect your child from the class teacher.

PATHWAYS

Jets and Rockets: The day finishes at 3:15pm for all children. For those children not using the bus service, collection is from the Children's Centre gate on Greenfield Gardens.
