Dear Parents and Guardians,

Because of your partnership and continued support, we were able to successfully launch live teaching for CACPCS scholars this week.

Overall, this launch was a success. The teachers truly enjoyed reconnecting with your children, and it was evident that they enjoyed reconnecting with their teachers and fellow classmates. While we can never replicate the traditional classroom experience, we are trying to get as close as possible given the circumstances. Your children deserve nothing less, and we are committed to continuing to evolve our practice in service of them.

Live instruction provides our scholars with the opportunity to receive many of the supports they are used to getting in the classroom. During these sessions, they can receive immediate feedback from their teachers on their performance, participate and share ideas, and ask questions - all of which are fundamental to learning.

We are grateful for your ongoing support and encourage you to keep partnering with us during this time so we can ensure a strong finish to the 19-20 school year.

Many of you have reached out with questions about what summer learning will look like for your children. Please know that we're currently working on this, and you can expect to begin to receive information on this in the next week or two.

Por su asociación y continuo apoyo, pudimos exitosamente lanzar nuestras clases en vivo para los estudiantes de CACPCS esta semana.

En general, el lanzamiento fue todo un éxito. Los maestros disfrutaron mucho poder reconectarse con sus hijos, y fue evidente que los estudiantes disfrutaron reconectarse con sus compañeros de aula y sus maestros. Aunque nunca podremos reemplazar la experiencia de un aula tradicional, estamos tratando de llegar lo más cercano posible dado las circunstancias. Sus hijos se merecen nada menos que esto, y estamos comprometidos a continuar evolucionando nuestras prácticas para el servicio de ellos.

Las clases en vivo proveen a nuestros estudiantes con la oportunidad de recibir muchos de los apoyos a los cuales ellos están acostumbrado en el aula. Durante estas sesiones, ellos pueden recibir consejos de inmediato de sus maestros en su trabajo, participar y compartir ideas, y hacer preguntas - todo lo que es fundamental para aprender.
