We are so excited to have you as part of the CARD staff!
Your HR team has been working hard to put together an online training experience for all staff to access, and now that we are all online we have important information to share with you and paperwork that must be read and signed by all new employees. To maintain social distancing and respect people’s time, we will use this venue to get you the information you need and the signed forms that HR needs.
In order for you to complete your new hire process, you will need to complete the HR Orientation, which is broken down into 11 sections.

In each section you will find several attachments for your review, along with valuable information regarding your employment with CARD. All required forms have been attached in each section, but you will only need to sign the documents at the end of the training. At the end of the training you will sign and acknowledge some of these documents by completing them through DocuSign. We need you to complete these forms within 3 business days from the date you start the HR orientation.
At the end of each section there will be a section quiz. To advance, you MUST complete the quiz at the end at each section.
Please let your supervisor know when you have completed the training so that you may be compensated for your time. Estimated time to complete is 45 minutes.
