Dear Parents/Guardians,

I am excited to welcome you and your child to third grade! This is a year filled with growth, discovery, and new adventures. I am looking forward to working with you to create a positive and engaging learning environment for your child.  

Third grade is a pivotal year for building foundational skills in reading, writing, and math. Your child will develop a deeper understanding of these subjects, while also exploring new areas in science and social studies.

I am committed to creating a supportive and nurturing classroom where every child can thrive. I look forward to a fantastic year filled with learning, laughter, and growth!

• Encourage Reading: Reading is essential for success in all subjects. Please encourage your child to read daily, both independently and together.

• Practice Math Facts: Regular practice with addition, subtraction, multiplication and division facts will help build fluency and confidence in math.
