Not only did she save us thousands a year but we have increased coverage on our home and auto policies and a ton of additional coverages on our commercial business policy that weren’t available to us with our prior insurance company. Let me tell you what having Chelsea Blake help us switch our insurance has been the best! She is so easy to talk to and will get stuff done. Chelsea Blake really helped me with my car insurance. She was able to deduct $600 off of my 6 month policy; all while actually increasing my liability, adding lots of new coverage, and adding gap insurance!!! Chelsea Blake came through 100% for me! When my insurance hiked for no reason I reached out. Within 10 mins of my first call I was covered and saving $50 a month. Quick and easy! And great coverage. Give her a call. No joke.
Facebook Post: So yeah. Woke up today to a text message from my current Auto Insurance company that my rate was hiking my monthly payment much HIGHER. Over $200 a month total. I called them and was “thanked for my great driving record, but…. Due to an increase in claims AROUND me, my rate was raised”. Utter BS! I wasn't unhappy with my insurance provider, but was planning on buying a new car, so decided to shop around. I reached out to Chelsea, who was recommended by a friend. I had grown frustrated with my car insurer due to annual premium increases (with no explanation) and indifferent service. Chelsea researched several alternatives and recommended a different company, with a reduced deductible and an annual premium less than half what I had been paying! I was so pleased I asked her to do the same for my homeowners.

Had a great experience working with Monica at Chesapeake Insurance Specialists. As this was our first home, a lot of the nuances of homeowners' insurance was quite daunting. Monica chatted with me multiple times this week for as much time as I needed and never made it feel like she was pressed for time or I was a nuisance to her at all.
She compared all of our top choice of providers for us and found a great policy that had lots of coverage for a low cost. When I expressed concern about not being familiar with the company, she happily provided a bunch of resources for finding additional reviews/testimonials for them. I was able to read enough reviews to feel at ease and know we made a great decision on our HOI.
Compared to many of my other experiences with agents, Monica was never pushy, she never talked down to me or made me feel lesser for simply not knowing things. She understood what I wanted and what I needed and put together a policy for me that comfortably combined the two.
I will absolutely be using Monica and Chesapeake Insurance Specialists again for Auto Insurance and any other insurance-related needs that come up for me in the future. Thank you so much!
