Reflect on last week’s challenge to begin forming new habits to help you improve your emotional well-being:

Which option did you choose for this week - practicing gratitude, practicing savoring, or tracking your habits?

How have your efforts gone so far (no judgement - we’re just curious… (Ms. C

downloaded SuperBetter… but that’s IT! Haven’t even opened it yet! That’s ok.)

What has been particularly tough about this challenge?

Are you ACTUALLY ready to commit to developing habits that are scientifically proven to improve your emotional well-being, or are you just going through the motions because it’s an assignment? (either answer is ok. Just be honest)

Journals can be submitted in Schoology or on the submissions form at reachatcreek.com

Step 2: Video Lecture

  1. Make a copy of these guided notes and re-name them with your last name at the beginning of the title, instead of Ms. Cullen’s

Hint! The guided notes tell you the times in the video to look for the answers (except for the answers that are supposed to come from your own brain!)
