Are you getting married?  Or getting ready to have a baby?  There are many different life events that qualify you to make a change in your benefit coverages including a spouse's open enrollment period, loss of external coverage or addition of a family member, among others. We also have many Oracle scripts available that contain step by step guides that may be helpful.  

Did you just enroll or enter a life event?  You may have required pending actions.  For example, if you added a dependent, you must upload the marriage or birth certificate to validate the relationship.
