You may request an extended health leave of absence, parenting leave, ADA leave or other type of leave through the Oracle absence page. These leaves are commonly used when an employee does not qualify for FMLA or their reason for leave does not qualify for FMLA. The type of leave and amount of time granted may depend on employee group and the corresponding negotiated agreement.
To apply, go to Oracle -> Me -> Time & Absences -> Add Absence
You will also need to upload the physician's statement in most cases. If applying for an ADA leave, please complete the accommodations paperwork.

Before you return from a leave, you must submit a Physician's Release to Return to Work statement to the Benefits office at benefits@cherrycreekschools.org.
