Equitable Retirement Plan Services is the sole provider for Cherry Creek Schools District's 403(b) plan.  The Equitable retirement plan has access to diverse investment choices, including mutual funds in a variety of asset classes, and a fixed interest option.  

Plan servicing fees and investment expenses have always been a part of the Cherry Creek School District's 403(b) retirement plans.  The CCSD 403(b) plan has the lowest fees in the state of Colorado!  The fees cover recordkeeping and administrative costs, the costs of reporting, communications, participant education, investment consulting and legal advice to operate the plan.  These quarterly fees are $3.75 + 0.0425% ($0.42 for every $1,000 invested) per participant account.  The fees do not include fees related to special participant level requests such as loans or withdrawals from the plan.  Each investment option under the plan also charges an investment expense for amounts allocated under the plan.
