Cherry Creek School District will purchase an annuity for each District administrator and professional technical employee. The annual amount of the annuity will be 2.75% of the employee's annual base salary and is remitted by the District as an employer contribution into the employee's account annually in the fall. The 401(a) provider is Equitable Retirement Services. New administrator and professional technical employees must create a new account with equitable and the representative listed below will work with the District for the transfer of funds. The funds are only available to the employee after they have left the District. If an employee withdraws funds prior to the age of 59 1/2, the employee may be subject to early withdrawal penalties.
