Authentication Requirements for Chemeketa Resources:

While working remotely, you may need access to resources you are not accustomed to using from off campus. For security reasons, some of these resources require that your connection be seen as “on campus” before you can gain access.

  • Blackboard

  • Degree Works

  • Google student account (email, drive, etc.)

  • My Chemeketa

  • Office 365

  • Reports & Applications menu (Banner reports) - note that some Banner reports must be executed as though the user is on campus and you may need to remote to your on-campus workstation to run them

  • Terminal 4 (public web site content editing)

  • Zoom conferencing

  • Banner Admin Pages

  • Job submission (Banner)

  • Job submission output (F:, Q: drives)

  • Network drives (U:, S:, etc.)

  • Printing (we recommend printing to PDF at present since it may not be possible to retrieve printed documents from campus for some time and printers cannot be maintained remotely)

  • Reports & Applications menu (Banner reports) - note that some Banner reports must be executed as though the user is on campus and you may need to remote to your on-campus workstation to run them
