The COVID-19 pandemic and resulting "stay home and stay safe" order from Governor Brown has prompted a shift in the modalities of many medical visits and employees are more regularly seeking access to telehealth options for non-emergent issues. Health Equity manages Chemeketa's Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts.
Chemeketa is offering a one-time voluntary retirement incentive to employees eligible to retire from PERS/OPSRP who wish to separate from the college on June 30, 2020.
Employees must meet the criteria, including providing the college with a letter of resignation/retirement by May 29, 2020. Eligible employees who elect to participate will receive a one-time payment of fifteen thousand (15,000) dollars, prorated by FTE.
